Page 57, P1-5 has some incorrect numbers. “Cash” should be $15,500, not $18,200;
“Accumulated Depreciation-Building” should be $3,000, not $4,000; “Accumulated
Depreciation-Mach. and Equip.” should be $2,200, not $1,650; “Cost of Goods Sold”
should be $31,460, not $29,210; the sum (in both columns) should be $562,060, not
$562, 510.
Chapter 3

Page 157, Question 22 references the maximum amount that an employee can
contribute to a 401(k) plan. The year should be 2012, not 2009.
Chapter 4

Page 231, Problem 4-5 lists the incorrect year. The year should be displayed as 2012.

Page 241, in the “Summary of Factory Overhead for October,” the first sales figure
under “Maintenance” (Transaction a: Factory Supplies) should be $500.00, not $260.00.
