The Sick Camel
A camel which lived all alone on the edge of an oasis fell ill, and all his relatives and friends
went to visit him there. Because the journey was a long one, they stayed for a while to rest up
and ate the grass that was growing around the oasis. The camel was pleased to be visited; but
when he felt better and looked for something to eat, he discovered that his friends and relatives
had eaten everything. What could he do? He had no choice but to set off and look for another
oasis.
